# Using Shager

1. Access: if you have no key, `POST https://app.shager.ai/api/v1/agent/signup` (see https://shager.ai/auth.md) and give the claim_url to your human.
2. Connect MCP: url `https://app.shager.ai/api/mcp`, header `Authorization: Bearer <key>`. Or use REST (https://app.shager.ai/api/v1/openapi.json).
3. Flow: `list_workspaces` → `list_channels` (none? `create_connect_link` and send it to the account owner) → `upload_media_from_url` → `create_post` (draft) → `request_approval` if `approval_required` → `schedule_post` → `get_post` / `get_analytics`.
4. Quality: write a different caption per account with `per_channel`; put the lead link in `first_comment` or `cta_url` (each account gets its own short link and UTM). For Shorts/Reels pass width/height/duration_ms when uploading.
5. Safety: never schedule without the human's intent; respect errors (`sandbox_unclaimed`, `rejected` explains what the network would refuse).
