Social media management for agencies: publish, approve and measure

A space per client, the client connects their own accounts and approves posts from a link, and at the end of the month there is a number: how many clicks each account brought. No passwords over chat, no screenshots.

01The problem

Ten clients, fifty accounts, a thousand chat messages

Getting access to a client's Page is a round of passwords and verification codes. Getting a post approved is a screenshot, a fix, another screenshot. Publishing one campaign to twenty Pages is copy-paste, twenty times.

And at the end of the month the client asks what came of it, and you have no number tied to their accounts.

02The flow

From brief to report, in five steps

  1. 01

Open a space for the client

Each client gets a separate space, with their own accounts, posts and reports.

  2. 02

    The client connects their accounts

Send a connect link. The client signs in to the network themselves and approves, with no Shager account and no shared password.

  3. 03

    Write once for every account

Account groups and bulk selection. Adjust text and time per account, by hand or with the writing assistant.

  4. 04

The client approves from a link

An approval link per post. The client opens it, sees how it will look on each network, and approves or asks for a change. Only approved posts go out.

  5. 05

    Send numbers

A short link and UTM tag per account and per post. The report shows which account brought clicks.

03What you get

What an agency needs, on every plan

Unlimited users
The whole team and every approving client. No per-seat pricing.
Paced delivery
A post to dozens of accounts goes out spread over minutes, within each network's rate limits.
An AI agent for every client
MCP server and REST API. The agent drafts for each client, and nothing goes out without approval.
EU hosting, DPA and subprocessors
What a client's procurement team will ask for is already on the site.

04Networks

Where it publishes

Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, YouTube channels, X (Twitter) accounts and LinkedIn personal profiles. TikTok is live, pending the network's app review.

06Questions

Frequently asked

Does the client need a Shager account?

No. They get a connect link to connect their accounts and an approval link to approve posts. Both work without signing up.

Can a client see only their own space?

Yes. Each client is in a separate space, and an approval link shows only the post it was sent for.

How do I count the accounts I need?

Each Facebook Page, Instagram account, YouTube channel, LinkedIn profile, X account or TikTok account is one account. A paused account doesn't count.

We already have a tool. Why switch?

Usually because of per-user pricing, or no client approval link, or no way to connect an AI agent. The comparison pages lay out the differences fairly.

Can we host Shager ourselves?

Yes, Shager is also available as a Docker package for self-hosting. Talk to us about the details.
