Real estate social media: one listing video to every agent and account

A video tour of a listing goes out as a Reel, a Short and on each agent's LinkedIn profile, from one upload. Every account gets its own link, so you see which agent and which network the enquiries came from.

01The problem

A new listing, ten accounts, nobody posts on time

The office has a Page, each project has a Page, and every agent has their own profile. A new listing needs to go up on all of them, fast, before it sells. In practice everyone posts when they find the time.

And when a lead arrives, nobody knows which post it came from.

02The flow

From a new listing to a post on every account

  1. 01

Connect the office and the agents

The office and project Pages, and each agent connects their LinkedIn or Instagram through a connect link.

  2. 02

Upload the video tour and photos

One file. Shager checks it fits a Reel, a Short and a LinkedIn post.

  3. 03

    Write the listing details

Price, rooms, neighbourhood. The writing assistant drafts a version per account, so ten agents don't post identical text.

  4. 04

    Publish to everyone

Now or at a time you pick, spread over minutes.

  5. 05

    See who brought enquiries

A short link and UTM tag per account, to your form or chat. The report shows which agent and which network brought clicks.

06Questions

Frequently asked

Can I post to our LinkedIn Company Page?

Not yet. LinkedIn Company Pages are pending LinkedIn's approval. Today Shager publishes to personal profiles, which is where agents get enquiries.

Does an agent have to give me their LinkedIn password?

No. They get a connect link, sign in to LinkedIn themselves and approve. It can be revoked at any time.

Can each agent write in their own style?

Yes. The text can be changed per account, and the writing assistant can suggest different wording for each.

What about paid ads?

Shager publishes organic posts to your own accounts. It doesn't run paid campaigns.

Can I post a listing on X too?

Yes. Note that on X a post with a link counts against a monthly allowance per plan, because X charges more for it.

The next listing, on every account, the same morning.

3 accounts free. Add the agents once it works.
