Posting for franchises and chains: one campaign to every location's Page

Head office prepares the campaign, and each location gets it on its own Page, with its own address and hours. Each franchisee connects their Page themselves, and the report shows which location brought clicks.

01The problem

A national campaign that reaches half the locations

Head office sends files, and each franchisee posts when they get round to it, if at all. Some change the text, some forget, and some post an offer that has already ended.

Head office doesn't have access to the Pages: they belong to the franchisees. Asking dozens of franchisees for a password isn't realistic, or safe.

02The flow

From head office to every location, in five steps

  1. 01

    Each franchisee connects their Page

Send a connect link. The franchisee signs in to Facebook or Instagram themselves and approves the Page, without sharing a password.

  2. 02

    Organise in groups

A group per region, brand or location type, and select a whole group in one click.

  3. 03

    Write one campaign

One text for every location, adjusted per Page: address, phone, hours. The writing assistant can suggest local wording.

  4. 04

    Schedule for all

The post goes to every Page spread over minutes, within the network's rate limits, so no Page gets blocked.

  5. 05

    Compare locations

Each location gets its own short link and UTM tag. The report shows which location brought clicks from the same campaign.

03What you get

Built for many Pages on the same network

Priced per account, not per brand
Twenty Facebook Pages are twenty accounts, not twenty brands.
A first comment with the location's link
On Facebook and Instagram the location's link goes in the first comment, automatically.
One failed Page doesn't stop the rest
If one Page fails, the reason shows next to it, and the other locations publish as usual.
A dedicated server for large chains
On the Network plan (1,000+ accounts): a dedicated server and an SLA.

04Networks

Where it publishes

Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, YouTube channels, X (Twitter) accounts and LinkedIn personal profiles. TikTok is live, pending the network's app review.

06Questions

Frequently asked

Can a franchisee still post on their own?

Yes. Connecting to Shager doesn't restrict the Page. The franchisee keeps posting as usual, and head office adds the shared campaigns.

Can each location have different text?

Yes. Write a base text, and change the text, image, time and first comment for any Page.

What happens when a franchisee leaves?

Disconnect their Page, or they revoke the permission themselves in Facebook's settings. The history is kept.

How many Pages can we connect?

As many as the plan allows: 60 on Agency, 150 on Agency+, 500 on Scale, and the Network plan beyond that.

Won't this look like spam to Facebook?

Shager publishes only through the official API, to Pages whose owners approved it, spread over time. You can also vary the text per location so the posts aren't identical.

Every location. Same day. Same message.
