Schedule and publish to many Facebook Pages from one post

Branches, brands or clients: every Facebook Page you manage connects once, and from then on each post goes to all of them, paced to respect Meta's limits, with its own tracked link.

01Connect

What connects on Facebook

You connect Facebook Pages, not personal profiles. Clicking "Connect" opens Facebook's own permission screen, you choose which Pages to give Shager, and confirm. Shager receives a limited access token for those Pages, encrypted on our side, and never sees a password.

Managing clients' Pages? Send the client a connect link. They sign in to Facebook themselves, approve their Pages, and you see them in their space right away, without the client opening a Shager account.

Each Page is one account on your plan. A Page can be paused without disconnecting it, and a paused Page doesn't count.

Shager checks these rules in the composer before scheduling, and again before publishing. Anything that doesn't fit shows up right away, not after the network rejects it.

03Leads

Where the link goes, and how clicks are counted

On Facebook a link in the text is clickable, but many publishers prefer to keep the post clean and put the link in the first comment. Shager does that automatically: right after publishing, it comments as the Page with the lead link.

Each Page gets its own short link and UTM tag (utm_content identifies the Page), so the report shows how many clicks each branch or client brought, without storing IP addresses.

04Status

05Questions

Frequently asked

Can I publish to a personal Facebook profile?

No. Meta's official API allows publishing to Pages only, and Shager publishes only through official APIs. A personal profile can be converted to a Page, or you can open a Page for the business.

How many Facebook Pages can I connect?

As many as your plan allows: 3 on Free, 10 on Creator plus $1 per extra account, and up to hundreds on the Agency and Scale plans. There is no limit on how many accounts come from one network.

Does the post go to every Page at the same second?

No. Shager spreads delivery over minutes and respects Meta's rate limits, so distribution doesn't look like spam and no Page gets blocked. You can also adjust text and time per Page.

What happens if Facebook rejects a post?

Shager retries when the network is busy, and if the rejection is final it shows the reason next to the Page that failed. The other Pages are unaffected.

Does my client have to give me their password?

No, never. The client gets a connect link, signs in to Facebook themselves and approves their Pages. The permission covers Pages only, and can be revoked at any time in Shager or in Facebook's settings.
