Social media for clinics: approved content on every location's account

In healthcare every post needs a second pair of eyes before it goes out. Shager sends an approval link to whoever signs off, and only what was approved goes to every location and network, with a booking link counted per location.

01The problem

Content that needs approval, across many locations

A group of clinics, or a practice with several practitioners, needs to show up on social media, but every post about a treatment has to pass whoever is responsible for content. Approval happens over chat, the final version gets lost, and what goes live isn't always what was approved.

And in the end nobody knows how many bookings came from social media.

02The flow

From draft to approved content on every location

  1. 01

    Connect the Pages

A Page per location or practitioner, plus Instagram and YouTube accounts. Each on the network's own permission screen.

  2. 02

    Write a draft

Yourself, with the writing assistant, or with an AI agent. Nothing goes out at this stage.

  3. 03

The reviewer approves from a link

An approval link goes to the medical director or content lead. They see the post as it will look, and approve or ask for a change.

  4. 04

    Schedule to every location

Only the approved version goes out, to every Page, spread over minutes.

  5. 05

    Count enquiries

A short booking link per location. The report shows how many people clicked from each location and network.

06Questions

Frequently asked

Does Shager check content against medical advertising rules?

No. Shager doesn't check medical claims. That is what the approval link is for: whoever is responsible for content approves every post before it goes out.

Does Shager store patient data?

No. Shager publishes posts and counts clicks on links, without IP addresses and without tracking scripts on your site. It holds no patient data.

Does the reviewer need an account?

No. The approval link opens in a browser, with no sign-up, and shows only the post it was sent for.

Can each practitioner post from their own Page?

Yes. Each practitioner connects their Page through a connect link, and the text can be adjusted for each.

Can we upload explainer videos to YouTube?

Yes. A regular video or a Short, with a title and privacy per video. On public videos the booking link also goes in the first comment.
